Description
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and passion for devising creative, customer-oriented solutions
  • Salesforce marketing cloud product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience,
  • Prior experience working system integration projects, working with 3rd party technology vendors and general understanding of application programming interfaces, application & system integration principles
  • Experience in Customer Data Platform, Interaction Studio, customer journey/lifecycle, lead scoring/routing & nurture journeys
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies in multi-team agile environments
  • Knowledge of analytical technologies and tools such as PowerBI,Google Analytics, Tableau, Datorama, etc
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and focus on generating business value
  • Self-starter, able to work without supervision
  • Previous experience providing hands on work with marketing product tools on a day-to-day basis, Salesforce Marketing Cloud specifically
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce*, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
  • Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce* pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components** and Lightning Web Components,
  • Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization,
  • Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
  • Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce
  • Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business and supporting the Salesforce Administrator
  • Working with cross-functional teams over remote settings
