Description
- Excellent Technical Skills in Java and J2EE with at least 5 years of development experience
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST), Apache Camel, Spring Framework and Hibernate
- Experience with Testing Framework tools such as SOAPUI and JUnit
- Experience troubleshooting applications and provide support for issue resolution
- Experience with MQ messaging
- Strong testing, debugging, and triage skills
- Knowledge of open-source frameworks
- Good Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Good Understanding of Agile Development Methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analysis and design skills and troubleshooting skills in object-oriented technologies
Responsibilities
- The person in this role will support current Claims Applications and participate in exciting projects involving large scale client server applications
- The candidate must also be process and results oriented
- As a Developer, the candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment with other teams such as Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Configuration Management, Application Security, and the Business to develop and deliver critical solutions
